Accountant & Administrator
A full time or part time position at M Group has opened for an Accountant and Administrator to join our team. We are a well-established company that owns multiple properties located in the center of the Hirafu area.
We are looking for staff that are team-oriented, friendly, calm and collected, have good problem-solving skills and are well-organised with a keen eye for detail. Applicants should be well-presented with excellent etiquette, and have a positive attitude and strong work-ethic.
Working Hours:
Full Time - 9am - 5pm, 5 Days per week
Part Time - Variable
Location: Niseko Hirafu
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage obligations to suppliers, customers and third-party vendors
- Process bank deposits
- Reconcile financial statements
- Identify and address discrepancies
- Report on the status of accounts payable and receivable
- Update internal accounting databases and spreadsheets
Required Skills:
- 2 years minimum experience in accounting and office administration.
- Bilingual Japanese & English
- Business Japanese or higher
- Conversational English or higher
- Excellent Communication & Organisation Skills
- Hands-on experience with accounting software
Remuneration:
Salary negotiable based on experience
2024-25 Winter Season
M Group is looking for seasonal staff for the 2024-2025 Winter Season
Located in the hub of the village, we are less than 500m from the ski field and set amongst the best restaurants and bars. We welcome guests from all parts of the globe, but predominantly our guests come from Oceania, Asia, Europe and North America.

M Group Part Time Front Desk Staff
M Group Niseko is looking for a Front Desk Staff to join our team for the 2024/25 Winter Season. We are a well-established company that owns multiple properties located in the center of the Hirafu area.
We are looking for staff that are team-oriented, friendly, calm and collected, have good problem-solving skills and are well-organised with a keen eye for detail. Applicants should be well-presented with excellent etiquette possessing a positive attitude and strong work-ethic.
Working Hours: 5-9 hrs, 2-3 days per week.
Location: Niseko Hirafu
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor guests’ arrivals and departures and greet and welcome guests.
- Respond to and follow up on reservations and guest services enquiries.
- Ensure reservations, airport transfers and guest services requests are accurately booked and delivered to a high standard.
- Liaise with the Hotel staff to ensure reservations and guest services payments are confirmed and received.
- Assist with the service delivery of the Hotel breakfast for guests.
- Assist the Owner when required.
Required Skills
- Excellent Communication & Organisation Skills
- Experience in Hospitality preferred
- Driving License required.
Remuneration
- Hourly Pay, negotiable based on experience.
